Returns — We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Refunds — Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-refundable items — Sale items, gift cards, and items showing signs of use are not eligible for refunds.

Damaged or defective items — If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
